Cervical Smears
The nurse in the cervical smear clinic carries out routine smears by appointment. Letter will invite patients when their smear is due.
Child Immunisation Clinic
Clinics are held Thursday mornings. If this is not convenient, children can be seen at any other practice nurse surgery by appointment.
Diabetic Clinics
Run by Practice Nurses and Dr Majid. Patients will be invited to attend by letter.
Non-NHS Services
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following: Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)…
Phlebotomy (Blood Tests)
The practice has a phlebotomist who will carry our routine blood tests as requested by the GPs and the nurse practitioner. Available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings by appointment.
Smoking Cessation Clinic
The practice tries to encourage all smokers to quit and provides in-house smoking cessation clinics for one to one appointments.
